Tamanneftegaz Terminal Supports Children’s XVI All-Russian Intellectual Tournament of Geography Connoisseurs
The Tamanneftegas terminal operator is delighted to announce that it has taken part in the organization of the XVI All-Russian Intellectual Tournament of Geography Connoisseurs for children. The event will also welcome members of the Youth Clubs of the Russian Geographical Society, aged 14 to 17 years, and will take place in the Krasnodar Region.
Tamanneftegas is proud to have lent its efforts to the organization of the event, which will serve to demonstrate the skills and knowledge of the participants in geographical concepts. Such events are important to uphold and promote knowledge about the world and such a keystone science as geography among younger generations.
The event will take place in two stages and will require participants to register before the 14th of April via an electronic form. The teams with the highest scores will have a chance of competing in the final stage of the competition, with prior notification sent via email.
The teams that win the event will have the opportunity to spend five amazing days in one of the best resorts in the Krasnodar Region and enjoy a host of excursions and other entertaining events. The tournament has been held since 2010 and has become a staple of Russia’s educational system.
