Stanley Moskowitz, Chairman of Feeasy®,️ was recently selected as Top Chairman of the Year 2024 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for his outstanding leadership, dedication, and commitment to the industry.
Inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself; only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, longevity in the field, other affiliations, and contributions to their communities. All Honorees are invited to attend the IAOTP annual award gala at the end of this year for a night to honor their achievements.
With more than four decades as CEO of Petroleum & Franchise Capital, providing financing to experienced real estate-based retail petroleum operators and Dunkin’ Donuts franchisees, Stanley has proven himself as an expert in his field. As a dynamic, results-driven leader, Mr. Moskowitz is now the chairman of Feeasy. Mr. Moskowitz helped collaborate to create Feeasy® in Greenwich, CT, with co-founders Jac Credaroli and John Giannone —and the results were explosive immediately. In less than two years, the origination platform Feeasy® created has offered real estate agents and brokers nationwide the opportunity to create greater value for their client’s properties; they knew they were filling an untapped niche market. Feeasy is a platform that helps individuals obtain loans specifically for expenses related to real estate. These expenses may include moving costs, the first month’s rent, security deposits, and painting and staging expenses. The Feeasy platform connects borrowers with lending partners who offer unsecured fixed-rate loans.
In conjunction with Jac and John’s experience in real estate, Stanley’s expertise in consumer and corporate finance is a significant factor in the Company’s meteoric rise. The business cycle is advantageous for all parties involved in the real estate industry, including householders who sell their homes for a higher price, real estate agents and brokers who receive a larger commission, and construction companies, contractors, stagers, and others.
Before embarking on his career path, Stanley obtained his MBA in corporate finance from St. John’s University.
Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Stanley Moskowitz has received many awards and accolades and has been recognized worldwide for his accomplishments. This year, he will be considered to be featured in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine. He will be honored at IAOTP’s annual awards gala for his selection as Top Chairman of the Year at the magnificent Opryland Hotel in Nashville in December 2024.
