Corinna Hagen Launches Group Coaching for Emerging Leaders And Career Changers
December 10, 2021 – Corinna Hagen, Founder and Leadership Coach at ZARADIGM launches group coaching programs in 2022 to expand Zaradigm’s service portfolio. She explained that “until now, we have offered both communications consulting services and individual coaching with a focus on leadership development and career coaching with an emphasis on career change. Beginning in 2021, ZARADIGM will add group coaching to make coaching accessible to a wider audience and deliver added benefits.”
ZARADIGM’s current services include individual coaching for emerging leaders to develop leadership skills, improve leadership communication, build confidence, achieve ambitious career goals, identify leadership style and personal leadership brand, and overcome challenging obstacles at work.
Leadership coaching has impacted leaders worldwide and studies have shown that the average return on investment (ROI) for executive and career coaching is 6X the cost.
